Glide your way to a stronger toned body using ‘Gliding Disks’. Core Glide is a fun impact free workout that builds strength and stability using your own body weight. Standing and mat based exercises combine for an intense workout- trust me half an hour is enough to feel the benifits!

No outdoor shoes are allowed in the dance space but feel free to wear grip socks/dance shoes or indoor only trainers before class if you prefer.
Mats are provided but please bring water to keep hydrated during your class.
Please come along 5 mins early prior tonight first class to complete a short health questionnaire.
