Low impact circuit training for total body strength and stability. Timed intervals focus on Body Weight, Suspension Training (TRX) and Core Training exercises. Focus on coaching good exercise technique in a friendly class.
Lucy is a Personal Trainer Qualified at Level Three on The Register of Exercise professionals. She has worked in the fitness industry since 2006 delivering high quality group exercise classes and Personal Training. She specialises in Sports Specific Fitness and postural improvement teaching Yoga and Pilates.
