Suspension Fitness is a workout system that leverages gravity and your body weight to perform a wide variety of exercises. Using wall mounted Suspension Straps you are in control of how much you want to challenge yourself on each exercise because you can simply adjust your body position to add or decrease resistance. During class you will perform timed intervals on the straps and in floor based bodyweight exercises. You will be able to select high or low impact options to suit.
