What is normal by Himmel Theatre
What are normal starts from two questions “What is considered normal in our society?”, “What is mental illness?”. Developing the research on psychiatry, Himmel Theatre decided to meet doctors and patients to see the different points of view and have more info as possible… Will you judge what is normal and what is not? Maybe at the end of the show, you will just stop to judge and start to think.
The Conversation by Lauren Aimee Burch
‘The Conversation’ is about conversations. It is a date between the audience and Lauren Aimee Burch. ‘The Conversation’ is awkward; it includes bad karaoke to ‘If You Leave Me Now’ by Chicago, a hideous pink inflatable sofa, and a 5ft girl who so badly wants you to like her. Lauren attempts to create a piece of theatre about sexual consent which is fun and inclusive. This conversation is about talking about positive and negative language which is used, and more importantly, a language that remains unspoken.
