Every Thursday as we head towards the weekend get your party started early with a pre-work Disco Dance class – complete with lights and uplifting disco tracks.

Our Disco Dance classes inspire people to dance – whether you’ve never danced before or want to pick it up again.

Learn energising routines under disco lights set to uplifting tracks selected by our teacher Roz – who is also a DJ.

You’ll leave the class feeling as if you’ve been out – but not out out.
