Creative Journey's workshop at SPACE, Bristol

Creative Journey’s for self healing

Your body has its own intelligence and we can experience expansion through freeing up our own unique expressions, unlocking our energy and inner wisdom. I found that my own journey of healing my body and my self esteem through art and creativity to be both nourishing and super insightful. It also allowed me time and space to indulge upon the focus of sending love and healing to my body. I want to share this with you. Art can help us unravel, unearth and understand our energy and ourselves.

I invite you to join us for some time in music and live drumming, gentle movement, free flow intuitive art and freedom writing, supported by energy healing sessions in meditation and visualisation as well as a small and insightful sharing circle.

I’m Laura, reiki practitioner and intuitive coach and the workshop will be held by both myself and my partner //Kabbo Hue, an indeginous healer & story teller from South Africa.

Teas, fruit, water and art materials will be provided, all you need is to wear some comfy clothing. This will be my first ever workshop ‘taster’ so I’m offering this on a ‘pay what you feel’ basis.

As there are limited spaces available please book your place by emailing me at lauraleboku@gmail.com

I look forward to our time together 🙂
