Improvers Trapeze
A tutored practice class for a maximum of 4 Students.

This class is a chance to practice tricks and put together sequences with the creative, practical and technical support of a teacher. You will learn how to structure your practice time and get really familiar with the material you have been learning.

A trapeze will be available to you for the whole hour although you may be encouraged to swap to try out different heights and weights.

This is designed to be an additional class but could also be a chance to get back into trapeze if you have done it previously. Contact Nicole if you’d like to talk it over 07792676863 or magpiedog@icloud.com

The Class is available to book in 3 session blocks at £36 but £12 drop-in spaces may be available if you would like to come and get help with something specific. I also may be able to accommodate random dates.

Fitness Pilates at The Island

Fitness Pilates – Monday

Maximize the results from your exercise with Fitness Pilates, a modern research based workout based on the teaching of Joseph Pilates.

This workout is challenging yet safe building strength from the inside out by targeting deep postural muscles to improve muscle tone and give you great posture. Exercises are non impact and performed in standing, seated and lying positions with the focus on body alignment and core stability.

Pilates with a smile! No two sessions will be the same you can expect to become confident with basic Fitness Pilates sequences which we will develop and progress as you get stronger.

Fitness Pilates will:

Tone and strengthen your whole body. Creating a flatter midsection and long lean muscles.
Reduce your risk of injury by offsetting muscular imbalances.
Help your body move optimally in sport daily and activities.
Improve your flexibility, Mobility, Co-ordination, Agility and Balance.
Energize your body through slow breathing technique used throughout the class.
Leave you feeling relaxed and revitalised.

Level:
Mixed ability progressions and adaptations are made to suit all fitness levels. Not suitable for pre or post natal ladies where specialist classes are recommended. Please note Fitness Pilates is a not a remedial Pilates class,it is a dynamic workout designed for the healthy adult over 16 years of age.
